Bajoras Interior Alchemy - Private Residence
The private residence unfolds as a dialogue between architectural structure and artistic presence. The architectural framework and material finishes by Archispektras form a restrained modern envelope, becoming the ground for a more intuitive, color-driven spatial language.
Through Bajoras’ spatial alchemy, the interior is shaped by bespoke furniture, two custom-designed rugs, and original paintings created specifically for this house. Select furniture pieces by Afra & Tobia Scarpa and Antonio Citterio introduce a layer of timeless design, grounding the space without defining it. One rug anchors the living room, while a second extends through the entrance and stairway, unifying the interior across levels.
In the living space, two large-scale paintings function as architectural apertures, opening the horizon and visually merging the interior with the surrounding forest landscape. Set within a brutalist environment of metal, concrete, and modern structural clarity, the interior resolves into a cohesive composition — an inhabitable expression of the Bajoras universe within contemporary architectural form.
