Unique Seaside Apartment — A Space That Inspires
Just 250 meters from the Baltic Sea, Katrina Bajoras designed a 33 m² apartment in Hill Garden Residence—a poetic, nature-infused interior created as a quiet continuation of the pine forest and the sea breeze outside.
“I created warm, gentle home that would be interesting to explore, that would stir honest, human thoughts, and inspire curiosity and discovery.” — Katrina Bajoras
Soft greens, layered blues, warm wood, and sculptural lines form a small surreal oasis. Most furniture was custom-designed by Katrina, the paintings were created specially for this space, and a thoughtful selection of books completes the atmosphere.
The bright kitchen flows into the living area, mirrors expand the light, and the terrace opens to treetops and sky. A sculptural mezzanine element extends the architecture of the room, adding height and movement. The bedroom—with its striped satin bed, blue wardrobe, and rattan accents—feels like an intimate, character-filled hideaway.

Katrina named the project “A Place That Awakens Inspiration”—a home meant for someone who wants to live with curiosity, creativity, and beauty.
The project was later featured on national television and published in L’Officiel, subtly resonating with many for its fresh perspective on colour in interior design.
